ORDER POLICY

All Orders will require that your Billing and Shipping Address MATCH.

All Orders over $250 will require a signature for delivery.

All Orders over $350 can only be processed through Paypal.

All prices on our website exclude shipping fees.

The Processing time is Same Day for orders before 1pm EST and Next DAY for orders after 1pm.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

(United States) 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail

(International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail

This time does not include the processing period

Expect delays during sales periods & holidays also during times of inclement weather.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.

Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

Bundle wraps and tamper seal must be intact.

At any time before your order has shipped for any reason you are able to cancel your order.

A MANDATORY 30% RESTOCKING FEE TO COVER the COST OF LABOR OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR NOT ACKNOWLEDGING PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME FRAMES BEFORE ORDERING.

*Any Chargebacks initiated without initially contacting Kreolequeencollections for resolve, will automatically result in a forfeiture of any exchanges or refunds. All chargebacks will be disputed, then turned over to collections you will also be banned from ordering from kreolequeencollections.*

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

(International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail Shipping

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.

LOST & OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 

All Packages come with a Tracking number. 

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office visit their website https://www.usps.com/
